Recipe for Atmosphering
1 :At random release a consecutive “x” amount of drops of ink into
the arena of contained frictionless space from a height of 2′
2 : The number of consecutive drops used in step one is to become the
mass/footprint/gravity/atmosphere for the corresponding dropplet
mass/footprint/gravity/atmosphere for the corresponding dropplet
1 drop = 1″ of mass/footprint/gravity/atmosphere
2 drops = 2″ of mass/footprint/gravity/atmosphere
etc.
3 : Record points of impact that the dropplet has against the planes
in the arena of contained frictionless space, continue to do so for
a duration of 2*(its mass) in units of seconds.
4 : At the end of the duration for the allowed time of activation stop
time and freeze all objects in space and return the drop to their
last point of impact
within the arena of contained frictionless space.
5 : Repeat steps 1 – 4
Recipe for Spotting
1 : At random release 2 consecutive drops of ink onto
a working plane from a height of 2ft
2 : The droplet of ink is to be the centroid of a new circle
of a random radii
3 : Draw a line of a random length at any tangential point
along the circle
4 : Release 2 consecutive drops of ink from a height of
2ft, aiming for the endpoints of the tangent line
5 : Repeat steps 2 – 4
Recipe for scalar Hooking
1 : Draw a circle with a radius of 1.75″ on the center
of your work plane
2 : Divide the circle evenly at 5 degree intervals
3 : Draw a bisecting curve passing thru opposite
points @ each of the 5 degree intervals
4 : Draw a circle at each of the 4 tangents that lie
on the minor arc of the newly formed circle
created by the limits of the drawn curves
5 : Repeat steps 2 – 4
